Hi, I’m Wafa — a certified fitness coach and nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellness.

My journey with fitness and health didn’t come from a place of perfection — it came from understanding how important it is to feel good, both physically and mentally. Over the years, I’ve seen how much pressure people carry when it comes to their bodies, their habits, and their expectations.

That’s why my approach is different.

I believe wellness should feel supportive, not overwhelming. It should build you up, not break you down.

I don’t believe in extremes, punishment, or strict dieting. Instead, I focus on helping you create balance — through realistic nutrition, structured training, and habits that actually fit into your life.

Because real results don’t come from doing everything perfectly… they come from doing the right things consistently.

I understand that every person’s journey is different. Some come in feeling motivated, others come in feeling tired, stuck, or unsure where to start — and both are completely okay.

My role is to meet you where you are, guide you step by step, and help you build something that lasts — not just physically, but mentally as well.
