Please read these terms carefully before starting any coaching plan or wellness program.

Coaching scope

Coaching includes fitness training guidance and general nutrition guidance. This is not medical treatment and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian, or other healthcare provider.

Medical responsibility

By joining coaching, the client confirms they are medically able to participate in exercise. If the client has any medical condition, injury, or pregnancy, they agree to consult their physician before starting.

Results

Results vary from person to person. While coaching provides structure and guidance, results depend on consistency, effort, lifestyle, and individual factors.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for performing exercises safely and following meal plans responsibly. If any pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms occur, the client agrees to stop and seek medical advice.

Payment & refunds

Payments are required in advance. Due to the digital nature of coaching and program delivery, no refunds are provided once the plan or program has been delivered unless otherwise stated in writing.

Communication

Coaching communication will take place through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram. Response times are within 24 to 48 hours on working days.

Cancellation & pause policy

Clients may request to pause coaching in exceptional circumstances, subject to coach approval and scheduling availability.

Privacy

All personal information is kept confidential and used only for coaching purposes.
